Item will arrive folded in a dress bag. If you decide this is the dress for your big day: We advise steaming the dress to get any creases out due to being folded for shipping. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
We create each wedding dress/train once it has been ordered. This can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks depending on the dress. Detachable Trains can take 1-3 weeks. Please contact us if you need the item immediately or if you will be crunched for time.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.No makeup stains or anything on the dress when returning so please be careful when trying on!
